Sales Development Representative
United Dwelling is on a mission to build high-quality and affordable homes for all. We deliver on this promise with a unique solution: by transforming underutilized garages into beautiful, smartly designed rental homes, at absolutely no cost to the homeowner. This creates a new, reliable source of income for the homeowner and new housing opportunities for renters who otherwise were previously unable to afford to live in the area.
About the Role
The Sales Development Representative is on the frontlines of our sales operation. You will be responsible for working with homeowners to understand their needs and discover whether United Dwelling is a fit for them. SDRs are professional, passionate, and confident communicators who are eager to meet sales goals, and help us deliver on our mission of creating high-quality, affordable homes for all.
Be an expert on the United Dwelling mission and service offering.
Qualify inbound leads through phone calls and email.
Identify sales opportunities and schedule in person consultations for Field Sales Associates.
Outbound lead generation through phone calls, emails, and in-person events.
Help develop lead generation and qualification playbook through documentation of processes.
Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using HubSpot
Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities.
Demonstrated success in a professional sales environment
Self-motivated, initiative driven, and problem-solving mentality
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, wear multiple hats, and pitch in where needed
Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM – HubSpot experience highly desirable
Strong work ethic, and eager to meet goals
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
Language: English (fluent required), Spanish (fluent a plus)
